Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a refuse and recycling services for commercial properties at Port San Antonio.

RFP Document can be accessed on or after Wednesday, June 30, 2026 at www.portsanantonio.us/contracting

A pre-submittal conference will be held on July 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Marketing Conference Room at 907 Billy Mitchell Blvd., Suite 120, San Antonio, Texas 78226.

Inquiries related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us. no later than July 15, 2026. Be sure to include the title of this RFP in all communications related to this RFP.
