In early March, the Port campus was an ideal site to host a series of cybersecurity demonstrations and training sessions delivered by Red Hat. The North Carolina-based company is a national leader in security solutions for government and commercial clients.

Over the course of two days, Red Hat’s state-of-the-art mobile training module — known as the Mobile Portfolio Center — found a home in San Antonio at the Port’s new facility for cybersecurity operations, also known as Project Tech.

During their stay, Red Hat’s team accommodated demonstrations and training sessions for over 100 personnel from numerous cybersecurity organizations in the region, including several private-sector and Department of Defense operations housed on the Port campus.
