Museum and Port come together to offer free internet access to community

Port San Antonio and the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT) have been working together to provide additional free internet access to the surrounding community.
The enhanced Wi-Fi system covers parking areas adjacent to the museum (see the map below). As a result, students and other users can remain in their vehicles and observe social distancing guidelines while accessing the Internet on their laptops, tablets and other mobile devices.

Available seven days a week,
from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The free Wi-Fi is open to all people in the community and is in service from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. Users will be prompted to agree to Port San Antonio’s terms of use once the WiFi signal is detected.
